About Our Contemporary Dance Courses
If dancing has always been an unrealized dream for you, if you wanted to but didn’t dare, thinking it was too late – this will prove it’s possible!
Contemporary dance courses for beginners, teaching dance from the basics in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. This is a place where you can make mistakes, experiment, and leave each class feeling accomplished.
The courses progressively introduce the basics of understanding your body, the space, group work, modern dance elements, proper posture, and musicality, and evolve into more complex contemporary dance techniques, including floor work and dynamics of softness and strength.
