Keren Hoffman- Contemporary Dance

Keren Hoffman is a dance artist and educator. For more than twenty years she has been teaching dance and movement practices to people of all ages, working in a wide range of settings and sharing different forms such as contemporary dance, ballet, theatre movement, improvisation, and composition. Holding a BA in Dance and Education, she has also worked internationally as a freelance dancer with various choreographers. Alongside her performance work, she develops research within the expanded field of the performing arts, with a particular interest in somatic movement, improvisation, and embodied learning. In her classes for beginners, Keren invites participants to discover contemporary dance from the ground up. She creates a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable moving, exploring, and enjoying the experience of dancing.
