This one-week intensive is designed for experienced Contact Improvisation dancers (minimum 3 years of practice) who are ready to take the next step into teaching. Whether you’ve already started leading classes or are just beginning to explore this path, this training will focus on the technical, pedagogical, and practical tools to support your development as a teacher.
This training has been years in the making, shaped by conversations with many dancers who feel the urge to take their practice to the next level and start teaching in a structured, organized way. The challenges encountered might be methodological, emotional or practical. Our week together will be about creating a strong, supportive community of teachers—growing and learning together while staying in motion.
With over 20 years of international teaching experience, Itay Yatuv has mentored and supported many dancers in their first steps as dance and Contact Improvisation teachers.
